1. Check Availability.
We only take a limited number of bookings each year, and only one booking per date. So each booking is taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Provisionally Reserve your date.
If your date is still available, you can Request a Demonstration Pack, and/or provisionally reserve your wedding date for a period of 14 days.
This allows you time to review our Demonstration Pack, and if you wish to proceed further, complete and return your booking form and deposit.
A £ 100.00 (non-refundable) deposit secures your wedding date with your balance due four weeks before your wedding.
No other couples can book your wedding date during your 14 day reservation period..
3. Complete and return your booking form & deposit.
Select the wedding package you require and complete your booking form as best as you can. If there are certain sections (e.g Bridesmaids, Ushers names etc.) that you have not confirmed yet, then just write "To Be Confirmed". We will confirm everything again closer to your wedding date. Return your booking form to Diamond Lights and pay your £ 100.00 (non-refundable) deposit.

4. That's it...You are all booked in....
Once we have received your booking form and deposit we will process your details and send you a receipt and full confirmation via email for your records.
We will then contact you again regarding your music, wedding rehearsal, dates for our final meeting etc, well in advance of your wedding date. Everything is meticulously planned beforehand to ensure that you can enjoy one of the happiest days of your life - hassle free.
5. Price Promise....
We promise you that after you book your wedding with us, and everything has been confirmed, your price is guaranteed. Even if our prices increase after you have booked your wedding with us, there will be no increases applied to your account in any way. THE PRICE YOU BOOK AT IS THE PRICE YOU PAY
